Most of our courses, study materials, video lectures, PDFs, and other educational resources are digital products that become instantly accessible after successful payment.
Therefore, all purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once access to the course or digital content has been provided.

If you are unable to access your purchased course due to a technical issue on our platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same course or service, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
Incorrect Course Delivery
If you receive a course that is significantly different from the description provided on our Website, your refund request may be considered.
Please Note: Personal preferences, change of mind, or dissatisfaction based on expectations do not qualify for a refund.

4. Live Classes & Coaching Programs
For live classes, workshops, or batch-based coaching programs:
- A partial refund may be considered only if you cancel your enrollment before the first live class begins. Administrative or processing charges may be deducted.
- No refund will be provided once the live batch or coaching session has started, as your seat has already been reserved.
5. Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment service provider, the amount may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to complete the course
- Lack of time to attend classes
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
- Incorrect purchase made by the customer
- Failure to use the purchased course before its validity expires
